I have been taking Advair for years now and it is super expensive and it doesn’t seem to be working as well as it used to either. Does anyone know if Asmanex works liek Advair and is it cheaper? Are there any other generic drugs to help prevent asthma? I have never had a SERIOUS attack but I get mild ones/wheezing off/on. Does anyone use anything herbal that helps with it? Thanks!
Forgot to mention - I usually have asthma in the night/early morning. And sometimes I feel like I can’t catch a full breath - but I have never known if that’s anxiety or asthma and my Dr didnt seem to know either… Also, I tend to get thrush in my throat from the Advair so I’d really like to get away from it !
