I have a question about pet allergies?

I really would not think so. Normally an animal has to be in your presence to affect allergies.

It really depends on how severe the tenants allergy is. I’m allergic to cats. I can go to my mothers who has a cat, and unless I cuddle the kitty up to my face, I won’t have a problem. My dad can get within ten feet of a cat and his allergy goes crazy. If you guys aren’t living directly in the same unit, and just passing by each other outside, I would not worry about it. If the tenants allergy’s are THAT bad, he/she needs to move into a no-animal apartment area. (which they have) Good luck!

i have pet allergies (dogs/cat/dust/sun) and my allergy is different wherever i go, sumtimes i sneeze around dogs/cats then other times i come out in a rash, i don’t even have to touch them. so it all depends how bad he/she is…. good luck!

no it should be fine the allergic person will go outof their way to avoid your dog and you were there first so they will be moving in knoewing your pet is there.i have perfume and strong odor allegies do you think everyone can accomodate me?i take anti histamenes and hope for the best keep your dog and let that person do the same.good luck

If its your rental property it doesn’t really matter. But yes it could effect them depending on how severe the allergies are or how anal they want to be about how bad their allergies are.
