How do you ask your mother - tell her you’re having trouble berathing and catching your breath, that you think you need to see a doctor because you may have asthma.

I’m not 100% sure what to expect at an appointment - the doctor may do allergy tests on your arm to see if anything is bringing it on and also listen to your chest. He may prescribe some treatment for you or administer some in the office. You don’t have anything to worry about, but as someone who suffered from asthma, I urge you to get some help right away.

Well when I got tested for asthma, they made me get blood taken.
They also made me go on a exercise machine-thing.
