I already have a prescription Albuterol inhaler, plus tablets, but I would prefer something more natural, something I could take every day to help keep the asthma attacks to a minimum. I hear MSM and Fenugreek are good, and I’d also like to hear about any Ayurvedic and Chinese herbs.

Prepare a juice of Neem leaves at morning - first prepare paste of leaves in grinder and then add a glass of warm water and strain it. Drink it and vomit by to and fro movement of your two or three fingers of working hand over your tongue. Lot of cough will be eliminated and you will feel fresh or even cure. Neem is abundant in India.
When you will feel uneasy due to coughing or can’t sleep - Boil 3/4 glass of water and add a tea spoonful tea powder. Again boil sufficiently. Add 1/4 glass of water or wait for a few minutes to lower temperature. Strain and drink. You will sleep in 5 minutes.

Menthol found in mint and peppermint are the best for opening up the lungs.

Try drinking mint teas in the morning, and sprinkling the fresh herb on your salads helps also.

Stick with your meds - “herbal” remedies are all crap and worthless….if the do work it is due to the placebo effect.
