If an allergy test came back negative, does that mean I can stop taking antihistamines?

I’ve been taking Singulair every night since getting allergy-like symptoms, so since the symptoms are gone and it isn’t an allergy, can I stop taking the pills?

Were you taking the Singulair when you had the tests? If so, that could be why the test was negative.

I would get a second opinion. It seems rather strange that you would be prescribed a medication used for asthma and allergies. Both of these conditions are not complicated to diagnose.

You do not state what your symptoms were. If you have asthma, I would not recommend stopping the medication with ensuring you have another treatment plan is place. If the drug was prescribed for allergy symptoms (runny nose, hives, etc) and you were properly tested without having medication in your system then it would seem you do not need the medication.

I would definitely consult a doctor you trust. Do not be afraid to ask for a second opinion.
