What I do when I forget to take my allergy meds is I wet a papertowel or wash cloth (something like that), and I place it over my eyes. Otherwise, I’m sure you could get over the counter eye drops at an drug store.

Get some artificial tears that will at least keep your eyes moist and flush out any pollen/allergens that may be in your eye or eyelid. The ones that “get the red out” are sometimes irritant to my eyes, and are for constricting the blood vessels in the eye rather than soothing it. If you can get some that are “gel” tear formula, those are the ones I’ve had the most success with.

Along with non-preserved artificial tears, avoiding the allergen is the best thing to do. If you’re allergic to something outside, keep your windows shut, undress in a room other than your bedroom, and wash your hair before going to bed. If it’s something indoors, air filters may help.

Make sure you never rub your eye or else it hurts and gets itchy and when you put eye drops on your eye dont put to much or else its a 20percent of you getting blind

    yours hopefully Good Luck~~
