Try sighing up to government-sponsored training or free help progams。 They’ll teach you how to help your kids。

My two grandsons are like that, get online and go on some allergy sites, there are ready to make cakes, cookies,as well as wheat free, egg free bread, etc.

I sympathize. Both my children are highly allergic to all sorts of normal, everyday things.

Have your pediatrician refer you to an allergist or immunologist and then have that person either provide you with information on mitigating allergies or find a class/triaining program in your local area that will help you cope with allergies.

If you’ve identified specific things your children are allergic to, then you should be able to find ways to make their little lives easier (such as plastic covers on beds/pillows, removal of stuffed animals from bedrooms, no carpets, food substitutes, appropriate medications, etc.).

    Best of luck!
