I have asthma and I am also allergic to cats. I am staying at a friends house and she has two cats. When I was around them, I started reacting to them. I can’t stop sneezing and my nose won’t stop running. I also can’t stop coughing.

How can I fix this without any shots or taking any allergy medication?

    Hi Katie,
    with the Harmony Evolution.
I can’t put the link up here as it’s a commercial link and yahoo will delete my answer.
Either google it or send me a private email for more details.

    Blessed be.

Some people say taking a gram of vitamin C helps.

Katie: Use your rescue inhaler to stop the cough.
From now on, your friend needs to use Allerpet/C on the cats before you come over. There is a protein in the saliva of the cat that causes you to react. I will give you a link that explains and tells about the Allerpet stuff.
