The mucus buildup has been so bad that it can be hard to talk at times. I tried antibiotic treatment and it didn’t help, so what treatment do you use for PND caused by allergies? Do regular antihistmines and OTC allergy medicines clear up the mucus?

OTC allergy meds will dry it up, but you need to use saline nasal spray to flush it out at least twice a day. Spray and blow your nose to clear it out, and repeat several times. Morning and night is best.
