How do I treat allergies if I have high blood pressure?

I haven’t confirmed with my doc but I an 99% sure I have allergies and they are driving me nuts! I could just scratch my face off - especially my eyes. I have HBP (controlled by meds) so I always have to be careful of certain ingredients in meds. What will I be able to take? Please tell me there is hope!
