keep your windows and doors closed and stay inside. Also buy a good filter for your furnace. I have heard that the tree pollen counts are “off the charts” high this year.

Stay inside when the pollen count is high. Use a face mask whenever you have to work outside.Try adding a little onion to your food. It helps to combat allergens that trigger an attack.

Wear a hat so you can deter pollen from your eyes and hair (its worked for many). Also sunglasses help when you are outside to block irritants from your eyes. Tree pollen seems to make people the most fatigued, but not so much sneezing. if your throat is irritated try drinking lots of liquids when you come in from outside.
Also if you have trees in your yard trim them if they are overgrowing. The less spring sap and leaf budding around your windows the better. If you can afford one get an ionic breeze at least for your bedroom so you can wake up with less symptoms (always good to start your day healthy).
Claritin seems to work for a lot of people all meds seem to make me more tired. Good luck.

the best thing is to sleep with a humidifier on-it helps you breath in fresh air, and unblock clogged nasal airways-also mucinex
